1. Service and operator
HOAOF means Holdem Omaha AOF and is operated by an individual. Contact: [email protected]. NLH AOF analysis is available. Session history recording and analysis are not currently offered. PLO AOF is planned.
2. Accounts
Registration and sign-in use Google only. Use an account you control and do not sell, rent or misuse accounts. New username/password registration is not offered. You can sign out or request deletion in account settings.
3. Analysis scope
Results compare individual EV using precomputed GTO or ATS/FTA representative ranges and your inputs. Stats estimate an opponent strategy, not their actual cards. Four-way all-ins use a three-way approximation. EV is a model estimate, not guaranteed profit. Stored stack, rake and bonus presets are not automatically synchronized with outside platforms.
4. Permitted use
Use the service to analyze, study and review situations. Follow applicable laws, age requirements and the rules of any external game service. Unauthorized access, security bypasses, disruptive automated requests, unauthorized dataset extraction/resale and entering others’ private information are prohibited. HOAOF does not control outside platforms’ enforcement decisions.
5. Free beta and future pricing
The current beta has no credit deductions, paid subscriptions, automatic billing or payment-method collection. Future paid services require separate pricing, usage, cancellation, renewal and refund information and any necessary consent.
6. Availability and changes
Beta features may change. Maintenance, the PC server, networks or request limits can cause interruptions or delays. Access may be limited for justified security or operational reasons. Planned features and dates are not promises of availability.
7. Intellectual property
HOAOF-owned software, design, copy and materials remain subject to applicable rights. Access does not transfer ownership or grant redistribution of source datasets. Third-party and open-source materials retain their own licenses. WPL, CoinPoker and Google trademarks belong to their owners; HOAOF is not presented as their official or affiliated product.
8. Support and changes to terms
Contact [email protected] for questions or complaints. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes and effective dates will be announced, with additional consent where required. Mandatory applicable law and jurisdiction rules remain effective.
